"I am a nurse and I work long hours on my feet lifting heavy patients. I suffered from lower back and hip pain but always thought it came with the territory. Rushell always says take pictures,  take pictures!! On a whim, I decided to snap a few pictures yesterday, and WOW! I continue to be amazed at the transformation!! Last year I made a promise to myself to start making both my physical and mental health a priority.  I started out at 207lbs. Since then I have lost 11 lbs. and currently weigh 196! But you know what's even more satisfying than that (because the number on the scale ISNT really the most important)?

⭐ Im finally beginning to feel confident in my body again!

⭐ I feel so much stronger!

⭐ I feel more motivated and have more energy!

⭐ I no longer have chronic lower back pain or feel bloated all day every day!!

I still have a lot more work to do (like incorporating more cardio) and a lot more goals to reach (like minimizing my cellulite) but I keep reminding myself that I am on a journey and the journey takes time! “My waist trainer and booty bands are phenomenal and seriously NO JOKE!! Since I’m working from home, I wear it through out the day, and I can totally feel it working when I’m sitting and moving around. I went by Rushell’s recommendation, and put on olive oil, and one layer of saran wrap and can really feel the difference in my waist line. The bands are great too, and totally feel them working when I take her butt and gut weekly virtual classes. Rushell’s classes are great, but challenging. I’m so thankful for the encouragement and confidence her training is providing to me and my family. I will be gifting her products and training to friends and family. ❤️”
